World Health Day-2024 Message for Students & Parents

How can you be a health champion?

Here are some tips:

  1. Fuel Your Body: Ditch the junk! Aim for balanced meals with fruits, veggies, and whole grains. They'll give you energy to focus and learn. Don't forget to stay hydrated – water is your best friend!

  2. Move It, Move It! Get your daily dose of exercise. Join a sport, hit the gym, or just dance in your room! Being active boosts your mood, memory, and even helps you sleep better.

  3. Sleep Like a Champ: Aim for 8-10 hours of sleep each night. A well-rested brain is a learning machine!

  4. De-Stress Zone: Find healthy ways to unwind, like listening to music, spending time with friends, or taking deep breaths. Meditation and yoga are great options too! ‍

  5. Phone Time-Out: We all love our phones, but too much screen time can mess with your sleep and focus. Set limits and take breaks to unplug and recharge.

  6. Be Social Butterfly (Safely): Friends keep us happy! Hang out with positive people, but remember healthy friendships mean respecting boundaries and making good choices together.

  7. Listen to Your Body:  Pay attention to how you're feeling. If you're constantly tired, stressed, or run down, talk to a parent, teacher, or counselor. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health!

Remember, your health is the foundation for everything you do. By making healthy choices, you'll be unstoppable! Talk to your friends and family about healthy habits.
